How do I add workers to my crew?
Tap the Workers tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap the + button in the top right corner to add a new worker.
How do I log time entries?
Go to the Time tab and select a date. Tap any worker's row to enter their regular, overtime, double-time, or night-shift hours.
How do I view a weekly summary?
Tap the Summary tab to see a breakdown of all hours by type for the selected week, including per-worker totals.
I can't sign in — what should I do?
Make sure you have an active internet connection. If the problem persists, close the app fully, reopen it, and try again. Contact support if the issue continues.
How do I export payroll data?
Go to the Payments tab and select the pay period you want to export. Tap the export icon to generate a CSV or PDF report.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and stored securely on our servers. We never share your information with third parties.

Shop Steward collects only the information necessary to provide the service — your account details and the time entry data you create. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
